Enter the tournament details, organizing club information and your profile. Then specify the number of teams, your travel expenses and your franchise status. The generated PDF follows the format required by regional referee committees.
The rate per team is negotiated between you and the organizing club. The form suggests €6 by default as a guideline, but you can modify it or enter a custom amount based on what was agreed.
The franchise is an annual threshold (€6,968.70 in 2026, i.e. 14.5% of the PASS) below which allowances received are not subject to social contributions or income tax. This is governed by French law n° 2006-1294 of 23 October 2006.
JAs are compensated by the organizing club. The allowance is usually calculated per registered team, plus travel expenses (mileage, train, tolls, parking, meals). The JA fills out an expense report that is submitted to the club and the Regional Refereeing Committee (CRA).
There is no cap on individual expense reports. However, there is an annual franchise threshold (€6,968.70 in 2026) below which allowances are not subject to social contributions. Above this threshold, a 19% withholding is applied. This threshold is 14.5% of the annual Social Security ceiling (PASS).
Your Judge-Referee profile (name, address, qualification) is saved locally in your browser. No data is sent to a server. The PDF is generated entirely on the client side.
