Frequently asked questions
Nothing: they're included in Padel Clash, free with no credit card, and Padel Clash takes no commission on entries. Eventually only heavy use or some advanced features may become paid; standard use stays free.
No, Padel Clash doesn't collect payments. If you take entry fees online (HelloAsso, Weezevent…), add the link to the confirmation email: only confirmed pairs receive it. Otherwise, tick "Paid" at the venue.
No. The captain fills in the form, then clicks the link sent by email to confirm their address. To change or cancel the entry, they use the manage link in that email, or ask for a new one by email.
New pairs go on the waiting list. When a pair cancels, the first one waiting gets an email and has the deadline you set to confirm; otherwise the place goes to the next. You can also move a pair yourself.
Only the organiser sees it. Entries and the email log are deleted automatically about 24 hours after the tournament date. An entrant who cancels is erased within the hour.
