One tournament, a whole team
Up to 5 assistants per tournament for scores and check-in, a club shared with the other organisers, a referee found in the directory: everyone does their part, you keep the settings.
Free, no credit card, assistants included

Hand over the courts, keep the settings
Add up to 5 assistants per tournament with the email address of their Padel Clash account: the tournament shows up in their list straight away, with no invitation to accept.
Start matches, assign courts and enter live scores
Check pairs in, track payments, correct or delete a pair
Add pairs by hand, from an Excel file or from Moja (pairs tournaments)
Run the draw, set the court plan and open TV mode

One club, several organisers
Add the other referees or organisers to the club with the email address of their account. Everyone keeps their own tournaments; the club brings them together.
They create their own tournaments linked to the club
Every club tournament shows on its public page, except those you hide
They see the club's list of tournaments and its private statistics
The club's name, logo and page stay yours, and so do your tournaments: a member cannot edit them
No referee to hand? There's the directory
Padel referees can choose to list themselves in the directory: you contact them in a few lines, for free.
Filter by league and level (JAP1, JAP2)
Write to them from the form, with no account: they reply to you directly
Each profile is reviewed before it goes live; still check their qualification
Once you agree, add them as an assistant on your tournament with their account email
Who can do what
Three roles, clear rights. This table follows the app's access rules, not a promise.

Organiser: the account that created the tournament and the club. A club member who needs to help on your tournament is also added as an assistant.
Two draws, one screen
A men's and a women's draw on the same day? Padel Clash follows both with no double entry.
TV mode shows two of your tournaments from the same day and the same club on one screen
In referee mode, switch from one tournament to the other without leaving the app
Share your court plans with the club: members apply them or make a copy, only you edit them
Same tournament next month? Duplicate it, then add your assistants again
Frequently asked questions
Nothing: Padel Clash is free, no credit card, and assistants and club members pay nothing either. Eventually only heavy use or some advanced features may become paid; standard use stays free.
Yes, a free Padel Clash account. You add them with that account's email address and the tournament shows up in their list straight away. Padel Clash does not email them: let them know. Up to 5 assistants per tournament.
Yes, at any time, from the tournament's Assistants window: their access stops immediately. Only the organiser adds or removes assistants; an assistant cannot invite anyone else.
No. Being a club member lets them link their own tournaments to it and see the club's tournaments and statistics, not edit other people's. For them to help on a tournament, add them as an assistant on that tournament.
Yes, for clubs and referees alike, with no commission. Contact goes through a form, with no account, and the fee is settled directly between the club and the referee.
