Padel Clash

Corporate padel tournaments: team building, staff events and after-work

Run your company's or works council's padel tournament: Americano, sign-up without a licence, live scores on screen, all in your company colours.

An after-work game, a team-building day, the works council's annual tournament: set the event up in minutes without knowing a thing about federation rules. Colleagues sign up from a link, no licence needed, and follow the scores on the club's screen and on their phones.

Why padel for your company?

Padel is always played as doubles, four to a court, on a court smaller than a tennis court. That makes it a good fit for a team with very mixed levels.

  • Easy to pick up: the rules take a few minutes to explain, beginners included.

  • Always doubles: you win and lose as a pair, so colleagues who never work together end up on the same side.

  • Mixed levels: in an Americano everyone changes partner every round; in King of the Hill winners move up a court and losers move down, so everyone ends up playing at their own level.

  • A short format: the tournament fits into an afternoon or an evening, with a ranking and a podium at the end.

How it works

1

Set up your space

Open a Company / works council account, then upload the company logo and colours in the club space: every tournament picks them up.

2

Pick a friendly format

Americano, Mexicano or King of the Hill: enter the players and courts, and the app builds the rounds and assigns the courts.

3

Share the link

Colleagues sign up from their phone, no licence needed. On the day, scores show live on the screen and on the tournament page.

What the app handles for you

The same tools a club uses for its tournaments, without the federation jargon.

Sign-up without a licence

For a friendly tournament (Americano, King of the Hill or a non-FFT category), players sign up through a simple online form, with no FFT licence.

For your colleagues only

Limit signup to the company's email addresses (@your-company.com): the link can travel, only your colleagues can sign up.

Department leaderboard

Each player gives their department or team: a department leaderboard is added to the individual one, on average points so a small team can win.

Podium photo, ready to post

The winners' photo is laid out in the tournament colours, with a ready-to-copy caption for the intranet or social media.

For clubs and leagues too

Company events are often played at a club, and sometimes over a whole season.

Run a club?

Offer corporate evenings to your customers: set up the tournament in minutes, show the scores on your screens and send the podium photo the same evening. The same account runs your sanctioned tournaments.

An inter-company league?

The League format has every team play every other team over several match days, with a points ranking. A good fit for a league between companies in the same town or business park.
